Cancellation Policy

We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable and cancellations may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment we request at least 24 hours notice. All cancellations must be done online through Vagaro, or by calling the salon (during business hours) Cancellations through email or social media will not be valid. Clients who do not honor their appointments may be charged up to 100% of the cost of the missed appointment.          

Please call if you are running late. Clients over 15 min late will be classified as a no show and will be subject to a no show fee.
