Studio West -2010
In the spring of 2010 I came to Studio West and completely fell in love with my new salon and coworkers. After hearing the owner was considering selling, I purchased Studio West from Mary Johnson on 1/1/2014. although I'm not really sure when Studio West was founded, some say it was possibly around in the 70's I am the 3rd generation owner of Studio West, making it one of the oldest salons in Conway.
The Move-2020
During the Covid pandemic we had to comply to serveral restrictions, one of such was social distancing. This greatly affected us because our current space wasn't large enough to meet the distancing requirements. We found a beautiful new location in historic downtown Conway. Located beside The Daisy Shoppe, and Brooks Jewelry. We have since doubled in size, providing more jobs for the community.
The Re-Brand
Several years after I purchases "Studio West Salon" A salon re-branded and became "Salon West". As the name started to spread, so did the confusion. Patrons trying to see us would end of there, Patrons trying to get there would show up at our place. We even ended up with a couple of reviews we didn't deserve. After we were situated after the move, I decided it was a good time to rebrand and hopefully put an end to the "salon west" confusion. After all I was a young entrepreneur and didn't incorporate appropriately after the salon purchase, a mistake I will never make again.
Love Salon & Beauty Lounge- 2025
We have been thriving in our new location, quickly becoming a very popular salon in our community. We have doubled in size, providing more jobs for our area. We strive to be a safe place for our clients as well as our team. We welcome all walks of life to receive services at our establishment, after all, we just want everyone to look and feel good
